This Privacy Policy covers Carbon Maps SAS - a French société par actions simplifiée, the registered offices of which are located at 38 boulevard Carnot – 59000 Lille, France and registered in the Trade and Companies Registry of Lille Métropole under number 922 260 484 - and its affiliates, and is effective for all sites, portals or properties owned, controlled or managed by Carbon Maps SAS. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Websites of our customers or Business Partners or to the Websites of any other third parties, even if We have links to their Websites on our Website.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, 

“Affiliates” means legal entities that are owned by or under direct common ownership with Carbon Maps,

"Business Partners" means subcontractors, vendors, distributors, resellers and other entities with whom Carbon Maps has ongoing business relationships to provide products, services and information to its customers. 

“Company”, (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Carbon Maps SAS

Location of Our Website and Data

Carbon Maps Services and other Web properties are operated in Europe. Any information provided to Carbon Maps will be transferred to, and stored in Europe.

Collection and Use of Children's Personal Data

Carbon Maps does not actively collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18 through this Site. Users below 18 years of age shall request a parent or guardian’s prior written consent before submitting any Personal Data through this Site. Upon request, the User shall provide such consent to Carbon Maps.

Carbon Maps shall respond to all requests within 90 days.
